How long does transcription take?

Most files are transcribed in minutes. Longer recordings (1+ hours) or files requiring certified review may take up to a few hours. Rush delivery is available.

Yes. Our court-ready transcripts include speaker identification, timestamps, and a certification statement. Select Certified Transcript when placing your order.

Speaker diarization is included by default. For depositions, you can provide a speaker list when uploading and we'll label each speaker by name.
